I realize that everyone is not able to find a store in their area or the
specific design they are looking for, thus this online site.....
Before placing an order with us online make sure to check my
listing of stores in your area. Odds are, if you like my cards, you will
find many other wonderful items in these unique stores. Check them out and
have fun. I will be adding new stores frequently, so please
check back often.
How can I place a retail order on your web site?
On each product listing you can choose the quantity you want, then you simply click Add to Cart. You can change your quantities at anytime and click Update Cart. When you are finished shopping just click Checkout. You will then either login if you are a returning customer, or register a new account.
When do you charge my credit card?
I will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship.
How quickly do you ship?
All of my cards are put together to order in my studio. My goal is to ship within 3 business days from when the order is received. If this is not possible, I will inform you.
What if I need expedited shipping?
If you need expedited shipping please email me first and I will try to fit it into the schedule and get your producs to you by your time requirements. I will give you a quote for additional shipping at that time.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Currently Mina Lee Studio only ships to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
What is your Return Policy?
I want you to feel confident when you shop on my web site. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 21 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Please contact me for a return authorization and our shipping address.
I own a store and I would love to carry your cards, how can I sell your cards in my store?
Mina Lee Studio does offer wholesale terms to qualified retail stores. I require that you have a brick and mortar store. I do not sell to traveling stores or home parties. Fill out my retailer application form and I will review your information and get back to you. See Terms.
